[WSBARP] Follow up to Form 17-Statute of Limitations

The Form 17 is expressly not part of the written agreement between the parties, per RCW 64.06.020(3), so it can't be under the 6-year statute for written contracts. I think it would be 3 years, as a negligent or intentional misrepresentation.

Sincerely,

Eric

Subject: [WSBARP] Follow up to Form 17-Statute of Limitations

On the subject of Form 17, would the statute of limitation be three years from discovery under 4.16.080 or 6 years under 4.16.040 or 2 years 4.16.150?
