FDIC foreclosed on a second deed of trust given for additional security for a loan. A deed was issued to them but they have done nothing with the property and do not have a record of the property. Family of the owner has continued to live in the house on the property and made the payments on the first deed of trust and paid the property taxes.

Adverse possession cannot be claimed against the federal government. Can it be claimed against FDIC?
