Everett Herald is least expensive, but I find it a little annoying in that they send the affidavit weekly - just more work on this end.   So I usually use The Tribune (Snohomish) - submit by email to:   joannec.tribune at snoho.com<mailto:joannec.tribune at snoho.com>.
