Listmates.  I have a client that needs assistance with real estate matters in Oregon.   He is a property flipper that is pretty active and we represent him in the Washington state markets.  He has branched out to Oregon ( where we are not licensed) and he has a deal going sideways in Depot Bay that will require a at least a letter.   I will pass all referral on to the client.
