[WSBARP] Referral for House Boat Lawyer

Mates, I have a PC who purchased a "floating barge house boat" i.e. one not
connected to city water or sewer, moored on Lake Union. Boat advertised as
600+ sf, but actually 300+ sf. Sellers filed document with city noting
correct SF prior to advertising and selling as significantly larger.

Anyone interested and can help? I think these folks are likely out of luck,
but then again I don't do boats. Just dirt.
