You just record the Lis Pendens, but it should be on pleading paper with the parties and cause number and court.

Subject: [WSBARP] Recording a lis pendens

When recording a lis pendens, do I just record the notice, or the actual summons and complaint as well?

Thanks,
Scott Hildebrand
