Be cautious if this is part of a consolidation of several properties. You don't want your client's property to be the site for the storm water detension, tot lot etc to maximize lot yeild on neighboring property.

Subject: [WSBARP] Lot Yield

Hello. I have a PC who is selling property to be possibly developed. The buyers agent has proposed to write a contract on the property with a lot yield. I haven’t seen any Lot Yield forms to purchase land. Is there anything I should be aware of when reviewing the contract? Thoughts on this approach by the buyers agent and/or builder. Thank you.
