Good Morning Listserve,
Probate estate property is on a reservation located in State X (federal
property, not considered State property).
Opposing party lives in State Y.
Opposing counsel (representing opposing party who lives in State Y) works
for nonprofit legal aid office for limited income individuals in State X.
Is there any cause of action against a nonprofit legal aid office for
individuals in State X representing an individual who lives in State Y?
Is there any issue here?
Thank you in advance.
Roberta
