[WSBARP] Reconveyances

Hello,

Back some moons ago there was a company in the area that would, for a rather small fee, track reconeyances and lien releases on a given transaction to make sure they were actually released after closing.  Our firm didn't do enough 'closings' to make it unwieldy to simply track it ourselves but I ran across them more than once and today someone asked me about such a service.  My understanding is that the firm I am thinking of (and intentionally not naming) went out of business for what may have been less than honorable reasons (rumors and gossip no doubt) so I was wondering if anyone knew of a company that was performing such a service currently.
