[WSBARP] Complaint to Foreclose Mechanics Lien

Listmates,
Hoping to plagiarize someone's complaint to foreclose a mechanics lien. The
client actually provided the required notice under the bonding statute. One
interesting twist is that the homeowner's insurance approved the
contractor's work and paid the homeowner the monies due the contractor.
Homeowner, of course, now wants to keep the money and argue about the bill.
