Hello:
A few weeks ago someone suggested that an Assignment from a Probate Estate
could be a way for the attorney's fees to be paid. I am in a situation now
that such a devise could be helpful. There are assets to be sold and the
estate is solvent. I would like some sort of security that I will get paid
at the end of the rainbow.
does anyone have a model for such an Assignment? Any tips on its
usefulness?
Thank you.
