I asked the Treasurer's Office here in San Juan County to research this when
I was recording an adverse possession judgment. No REET affidavit required.

I have a judgment quieting title after default where Defendant failed to
appear.
I need to complete the REET, but I have no grantor to signoff.
In this instance, with judgment attached, can I sign as agent because I am
acting in some degree as agent of the Court?
How do you complete REETs in this scenario?
