Client is seeking an appraiser to value a 55.83 acre family farm in Grays Harbor County.

Property has one house, one mobile home, and a couple of outbuildings (shop, barn, and cow shelter).

Any referrals to appraisers with experience with these types of properties would be greatly appreciated!
