[WSBARP] Wetlands delineation

Client has property located in city jurisdiction within Snohomish County. Client would like to hire biologist for potential plat. Clients property has creek with wet areas. 

Is anyone familiar with the Watershed company from Kirkland. Has anybody used them to develop wet property? Any feedback would be appreciated.
