[WSBARP] need a referral for environmental issues

Hello fellow list-mates:

My client needs  to hire a licensed reputable contractor (s) to go out 
to high end older ( early 1900's)  KING COUNTY residential property and 
do  three inspections:  asbestos, lead  AND locate underground oil tank 
(supposedly abandoned in place) and do soils testing.  Can you all send 
me recommendations, please?  Is there anyone out there who does all three?
