Client with an already formed Washington LLC wants to buy Hawaii property in the name of the LLC.

I have clients with Washington LLC’s that own real estate in other states – such as California, Idaho…….but none with ownership on HA.

I am not aware of any potential problems/issues – but wondering if anyone has encountered any problems [or perhaps wondering if anyone can confirm based on your client experience in Hawaii that there should not be any problem].
