[WSBARP] promissory note collections

Not a personal endorsement, but several of my clients with small loans (eg under $1M) like Evergreen Note Servicing in Sumner, WA.  They seem to have a good business model and the ability to set up ACH payments from the borrower and to the lender.

If it $1M+ consider contacting Erich Guenther at Glacier Real Estate Finance in Seattle, they have a loan servicing division which is not limited to loans they broker.

Is there an outfit in the Greater Seattle area who does note collections.  Client is looking to have them hold a stock certificate until the installment note is fully paid.
