[WSBARP] Looking for an Expert for forensic photography and imaging

Rod,

Opposing party has taken pictures of my client's porch light and claims it is a spot light beaming into their bedroom.  We have a number of dark pictures with a bright light in the middle.  TASA has directed me to a forensic photography and imaging expert out of California.  That seems too expensive under the circumstances, but it is all I have so far.  I was hoping for someone in Western Washington.

I don't know anyone because I don't know what forensic photography and imaging is.  You've piqued my interest, though.  Solving what problem would such an expert would be helpful?
