[WSBARP] NWMLS Financing Contingency

Good afternoon:

I am advising the purchaser in a private sale. The seller is attempting to terminate. A big sticking point is the financing contingency. Is anyone familiar with the Financing Addendum (Form 22A)? I need to talk through my role with someone who can give me 10 minutes of their time.
