[WSBARP] Referral Needed to Draft Purchase and Sales Agreement between Child and Parents

Potential Client request an experienced Attorney to draft P&S agreement.
The PC wants a contingency clause for house repairs he will pay and make
before purchase. He would like to have a 6-month closing date to make such
repair.. This is a sale by owner transaction. PC is purchasing home from
his parent. There is another sibling in California who is not part of this
transaction..

The home is located in King county.

All referrals will be forwarded directly to PC.
