[WSBARP] Cover sheet for re-record of deed with corrections

Hello -

I have a client that needs to re-record an original deed with corrections (additional signer as well as a correction that substitutes an authorized signer for a signature made in error). Is anyone willing to share a cover sheet that can be used Pierce County?
