[WSBARP] Washington Durable Power of Attorney - Executed in Australia by Austrian Solicitor - US Embassy?

Any suggestions where the Washington state durable power of attorney I am
preparing will be witnessed and notarized in Australia?  Original wet ink
document to be returned for recording with the Spokane County auditor (for
a real estate closing)?



In the rare instances where I have had this happen before I usually have
had the person execute the instrument at a US Embassy or Consulate and
return the wet link document for recording.



Any experience where the certifying party is not with the US
Consulate/Embassy? Refusal to record by auditor?



The Australian solicitor on the other end of the transaction says his
certification on my DPA is sufficient for US purposes.



Title company concerns?
