Not usually one to market on this site, but I track the site because there is great contract law information which makes me better at my job.

That said I am a Realtor with an Engineering Degree (UW Grad in 1991), that does quite a bit of plat work for my clients (not in an engineering capacity), and I personally have three shortplats going right now.  In addition I was the #1 agent for RE/MAX in King County in 2015, right up there in 2016.  We have a small team, and pride ourselves on taking care of our clients, doing 70-80 transactions a year.  I've been at this 17 years as a full time agent.

I've worked with two lot sellers recently in Kirkland - both with my advice netted quite a bit more than they felt they would have otherwise.  I don't represent the builders, and I don't sell for the builders new construction homes post lot transaction (I prefer to eliminate all potential conflicts of interest).  My job is to net the land seller the most, with the least pain.  We take great care of our clients.  Just had a client with an offer that had a two year closing, we restructured the deal with a different buyer and closed in a month for over 2 million.  The process doesn't have to be as difficult for the seller as many builders make it.  It is an incredible market so the Seller holds quite a bit of power.
