[WSBARP] Filing a lawsuit for a 16-year-old person

Hi Listmates-

 

Have a quick question.   If you represent a 16-year-old minor and need to
file a complaint on her/his behalf, is there anything that you are
recommended to do differently from other cases for adult plaintiffs?  For
your extra info, the guardian is in full agreement with the 16 years old,
and the case is not about a dispute between them.
