[WSBARP] attorney fees incurred during bankruptcy

[Douglas W. Scott]

Promissory Note has attorney fees provision. Debtor files Chapter 13 Bankruptcy which is dismissed because the plan was never confirmed.  Can attorney fees incurred during the bankruptcy be requested by my client the Note holder?  Any authority?
