[WSBARP] Short-Term License to Use Another's Land

Hello Listmates,

 

A party wants to have a short-term license to use another's land for
consideration, to be renewed a few times a year.   Would you recommend that
he would notarize and/or record the license?  We are thinking not but would
like to hear others' thoughts on this.
