[WSBARP] Cable Services Agreements

I am wondering if there is anyone who negotiates Cable Services Agreement (Comcast) regularly for Puget Sound area multi-family properties who might either be interested in reviewing/negotiating an agreement for a multifamily property or who has knowledge of the going rates Comcast is paying for these agreements?   Any referrals or information greatly appreciated.
