Quasi real estate related.  Just closed the sale of an Adult Family Home.  New owner is looking for legal counsel for agreements with residents, regulations, and some basic small business assistance.  I do not feel comfortable (since we were an 'escrow') for this and more importantly it is not an area that I am at all familiar with once we are to the nuts and bolts of operating such a business.  Location is Lynnwood.  I'll pass the names of anyone interested.
