There was a law firm that handled this exact type of case in Bloor vs. Fritz (2008).  The law firm of Olson Althauser Samuelson & Rayan LLP represented plaintiffs.  However, they are located in Centralia I believe, but still may be a good firm for client to start with.

Listmates,  Client bought a house in Sonoma County. After they started to move in neighbors advised it was a meth house and subsequent testing indicates demolition is the only solution.  Client needs qualified and aggressive representation against the dual agent and estate seller, both of which are supposed to have had actual knowledge.   All suggestions will be passed along.
