[WSBARP] Closing Probate

I agree with Melinda.

Our practice is to give the heirs the proposed distribution schedule with
the Declaration of Completion and offer the option of acknowledging that
when they receive their check they will have received their full
distributive share and include a waiver of further notice.

Let them know when you have received all of the Beneficiaries'
Acknowledgements and Waivers the checks will be cut, otherwise
distributions will be mailed out 30 days after the Declaration of
Completion has been filed, so long as no objections to the Declaration of
Completion (administrative amounts) have been filed.

Most Beneficiaries want their shares ASAP and are more than willing to sign
the acknowledgement and waiver.
