Adjoining neighbors DON"T get along. My client has easement rights for the use of a lawn area next to their driveway which grassy area belongs to their neighbor. The 1994 easement merely stated that my client was "allowed to plant grass and various trees along the easement". Neighbor has dumped about 10 full wheelbarrows of rocks and dirt on this grassy area in spite or preparation for something. Any ideas as to remedies.
