[WSBARP] commercial lease question

Listmates - My question is whether, in a commercial tenancy, the 
following lease provision is valid and enforceable:

  “Landlord may, following termination of the lease or tenant’s 
abandonment of the premises,  without notice or liability to tenant, 
dispose of all tenant personal property on or about the premises in any 
manner suitable to landlord in landlord’s sole discretion.”
