[WSBARP] Homestead on a RV

Under RCW6.13.010  "mobile home" in which owner resides or intends to reside  is subject to homestead together with surrounding real property. Is fifth wheel a mobile home, the homestead statute doesn't define it. I'd say if the fifth wheel has a bathroom,  kitchen etc. it is a mobile home under the statute not necessarily a manufactured home.

Listmates,  On this fine sunny afternoon I have a question I hope one of you has already encountered.    We have a judgment against a party that has acreage with an old mobile home on it.  They also have a nice shiny new 5th wheel RV  that they may claim to live in.  Can we execute on the 5th wheel or can they claim some sort of homestead? I presume if they live in the mobile home then the 5th wheel is up for grabs but if they have a house but choose to sleep in the RV.... What then say you?
