[WSBARP] Referral for foreclosure defense

Good afternoon:

PC had mediation in 2012 or 13. Reached agreement for repayment. In 2015, trustee modified agreement. 2017, PC again in arrears, and trustee will not mediate. PC recently received notice to vacate.

PC is in King County and is looking for 1) more time to find a new place to live; and 2) a reversal of the sale or modification or a renewed foreclosure mediation.

I will pass all referrals on to PC.
