No; the IRS is "special" creditor; there may be other protections under the IRC and Bankruptcy code; but the state homestead can be invaded entirely if needed to pay the IRS

Will the homestead exemption protect a debtor's home against an IRS levy/sale for past due income tax if the equity is less than $125k?
