[WSBARP] Collecting on Judgment

I have a client with a judgment from Snohomish County Superior Court 
against a debtor owns a house outright in Port Hadlock (Jefferson 
County).  My client would like to execute on the judgment, and I told 
him I'd try to find someone over in that area who could handle it.  Any 
recommendations would be appreciated.
