[WSBARP] HOA dispute referral

[Marc Holmes]

I need a referral for homeowners in high-end eastside development dealing
with a difficult HOA board.  Sounds like a case of selective over/under
enforcement of certain CCRs, failure by the architectural committee to abide
by the rules and bylaws, etc.
