[WSBARP] Foreclosure Mediation (RCW 61.24.163) - Litigation Referral

I am looking for referrals for a lawyer to assist the potential client/borrower in a litigation against a Lender as a result of its refusal to enter into a mortgage modification.  Borrower and Lender have participated in foreclosure mediation and I believe the allegation is essentially that the Lender is refusing to mediate in good faith per the requirements of RCW 61.24.163  (e.g. will not offer any real compromise to keep the Borrowers in their home home), despite the borrower's qualification for a modification.

All referrals will be passed onto client.
