[WSBARP] Delaware Statutory Trust for Section 1031 Exchange

Good evening, Listmates.

Does anyone in this group have experience with a so-called “Delaware Statutory Trust” that is used in connection with an IRC §1031 Exchange? I have a client who has interest in contributing real property to such a trust.

Please respond it you have any experience with this type of entity and are interested in advising and perhaps assisting my client.
