Good afternoon,

 

We are in the process of moving our office and signing a ten year lease on a
new space.  We found the space ourselves and are not using a broker.  We
would appreciate a referral to an attorney that knows their way around a
commercial lease to review the lease and answer some questions we have.  Is
there anyone in the group that reviews and advises on commercial leases -
self referrals are fine too?
