Listmates, I have a PC that needs someone familiar with City of Seattle land use. Issue apparently is the designation of what is the “ front yard” on a corner lot. Current designation defies logic but the City won’t change the designation. Current designation prevents development and impairs the use of the land. If they change “front yard” to “side yard” all is well. Seattle land use is not in my wheelhouse so need to refer them out. Thanks!
