[WSBARP] Referral for Condo owner re: dealing with Condo Association

Good Afternoon,  PC has a condo that has some leaking from the ceiling.
The condo board in the past has taken a long time, one year and more,
addressing other issues for this condo owner.  I do not practice in this
area.  Any referrals or self referrals welcome.
