[WSBARP] Pierce County Receivership

I represent a second DOT holder who wants to file a receivership to sell a residential property.  I did one many years ago in King County. Any hints or advice on forms or procedures would be appreciated. I have reviewed RCW 7.60 which is only a little helpful.
