[WSBARP] Off-Topic Referral: State Tax Attorney

Seeking an off-topic referral for a State L&I and B&O taxes. A friend of
mine is looking to speak with an attorney with experience in L&I taxes and
B&O taxes. Apparently they have been contacted by L&I and DOR regarding
their 2016 practices and need help understanding what they have to pay. The
PC is in Jefferson County, so ideally I'm looking for someone in
Clallam/Jefferson/Kitsap.
