I'm seeking referral for an appraiser to appraise three pieces of properties in Snohomish County for an estate. They are somewhat unusual as one is a waterfront property in Edmonds that includes tideland (separated by the railroad right of way).  One piece is an 11 acres timberland with a small old house in it. The third piece is 18 acres of timberland.    I will forward all referrals to the Personal Representatives. Thank you!
