[WSBARP] Title Dispute between co-owners

Hello, Listmates.

Looking for a spanish-speaking law firm or attorney. PNC lives in Burien. He and his sister were both on title to their house. He alleges that the house is really his, they had an agreement that he'd pay her money and she'd move out, and now she won't. So he needs a lawyer to potentially litigate the ownership of the house.

Any referrals will be passed on to the PNC.
