[WSBARP] exploitation of vulnerable adult

Dear Colleagues,

 

Situation: evidence discovered that decedent (who suffered from dementia)
was financially exploited by a “friend” shortly prior to his death.  The
so-called friend was confronted but denies anything improper took place
(claims the $40K check was a gift). My client, the personal representative,
wishes to now sue the friend (law enforcement claims it’s a civil matter and
will not prosecute) and I am looking for someone willing to share a sample
complaint form for such a lawsuit.  Many thanks in advance for your
assistance.
