Seeking referral for attorney experienced in creation/modification of CC&Rs.

Yes—HUGE difference between creating and modifying. Twill be your job to determine what is needed.

Property is in West Seattle.

6 units/owners.

PC said there is a 4 page ‘Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.’

PC has lived in one of the townhouses for several years, there are no dues, and the way things get done is a few of the owners get together and do it.

The out of town owners do not participate, renters create hassles, and there appears to be no rules to address  current and future hassles.

PC seems like a very reasonable guy.

All referrals appreciated and will be forwarded.
