[WSBARP] Condo/HOA referral needed

I am seeking referrals for the following situation:

The heating system in a condo building has been recalled.  The individual unit want to replace the heating separately, probably with a ductless system that will require some work to the exterior of the building.  The HOA needs help to make changes to its documents to allow for those changes and account for the potential issues that may arise between individual unit liability v. HOA liability when it comes to the work.

Any referrals will be passed along.
