[WSBARP] US Forest Service cabin in Chinook Pass

It should be in the county's tax roles as personal property since I own a cabin at Crystal Mt. on forest service land and each year we get a personal property statement form the county

Anyone know how to verify ownership of a USFS cabin in Chinook Pass? They're typically owned by an individual but under a ground lease with USFS for the land. I've checked the website for the Chinook Pass Cabin Owners Association, but they don't have a membership list.
